Shipping policy

We have a processing time of 48 hours. 

We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged by the carrier. Every order has a tracking number with an insurance included by the carrier. Once the package leaves our store we are no longer responsible for your package. 

If your package shows as delivered in our system you're not eligible for refund. You need to contact your carrier (post office) with your tracking number in order to locate your package or get reimbursed in case the package is missing.
